Frequently Asked Questions

We ordered fresh Wonton soups at noon & will eat them in 2-3hrs. Are there special instructions?

Ask us to separate your broth from the wonton & noodles. In this case, your vegetables will remain crispy and the noodles won't absorb the broth.

What is the best way to reheat your Hot & Sour Soup?

If it is frozen, defrost for 24hrs in the fridge. In a pot: reheat 7-10 minutes on medium high. In a microwave: medium high for 3-4mins. Remove and stir contents thoroughly. Heat for an additional 3-4mins on medium. You may add 2-3 tablespoon of water to reduce thickness.

How do I cook frozen wontons? Do I need to defrost them first?

Do not defrost. Cook our wontons from frozen. Bring a pot of water to boil and pour in the contents. Once the water returns to a boil, gently stir the wontons and reduce the heat to medium to finish the cooking process. Total cooking time ~ 10-12 minutes.

Do I need to add water to the Chicken Bone broth?

Our bone broth is ready to serve once reheated.

Are your wontons gluten free?

No. The wraps are made with flour and egg.
